Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Option 1 (Customer Arranged Shipping): You're responsible for shipping costs and package safety. We recommend using trackable services with insurance. Kasumi Japan is not liable for lost/damaged customer-arranged shipments.
  • Option 2 (Kasumi Provided Label): We provide a prepaid shipping label ($35 return fee deducted from refund). Kasumi Japan assumes responsibility for lost/damaged shipments.
