What is your return policy?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Return policy valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase required.
• Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that a $25 fee for shipping and platform services will be withheld from your refund.
